This week we are continuing our focus on rhetorical analysis by studying rhetorical devices. We will be studying chapter 2 from the textbook.

Film Lit Week of September 17-21

This week we are studying music in film, specifically soundtrack. We are currently viewing The Blues Brothers and Footloose. With these two films, we will also look at stereotypes, satire, and the social connections of each film.

This week we will begin viewing Breakfast at Tiffany's. We will complete a character study of Holly Golightly.

This week we are preparing for a terms quiz (see quizlet.com link in the side bar) and an analysis writing prompt. We will also begin reading Chapter 2 and analyzing the summer reading of "Good Readers, Good Writers."
